ESTATE PLANNING:   The process of analyzing assets and goals and determining the best way to achieve the proper disposition of your estate according to your desires.

     For Everyone:  No matter who you are or what your assets, if you are over the age of 18 you should have an estate plan.      For Those Re-marrying or Marrying Later in Life:  When you have your own assets and, perhaps, grown children, deciding to marry takes a lot of extra planning and consideration.
